FaceAche 69 Posted August 9, 2012 Yeah same with me it started two days ago. Don't think the specs are the issue here though, because when I abort and log back in the problem seems to be solved.
ImBrotherCain 0 Posted August 9, 2012 I get it on some servers and then I don't go to those anymore.
FaceAche 69 Posted August 9, 2012 Yeah it's definitely not on all servers. It could just be servers that don't restart frequently.
Jihad (DayZ) 1 Posted August 9, 2012 I seem to get low fps on servers that haven't been restarted for a long time, otherwise it's fine.

Maz12 0 Posted August 9, 2012 Yeah same here i got a Athlon 645 @ 3.1 and a xfx hd 7770 @1.2ghz and it does the same, restarted servers are faster but it is mainly due to how this game is poorly optimized and how it affects some gpu's especially amd gpu's. SystemiK 366 Posted August 11, 2012 Just had this on my home server 2 days ago as well. Went from 60 to 12. I just joined another server and all was well, the next day my home server was back to normal.
jado 27 Posted August 11, 2012 I've only encountered this on one server and it was really noticeable, even though i was getting a solid 80fps it looked like it was less than 20 when i was moving.
