Snakeyes1 0 Posted August 9, 2012 That option is set at the server side. Join a hardcore server and the crosshair should be gone.
U.G.N - Jedi Panda 1319 Posted August 9, 2012 That option is set at the server side. Join a hardcore server and the crosshair should be gone.it is my server... lol !!there is no hardcore mode, only regular, veteran, expert. Surely that command line is correct and it should remove the crosshair??

Greg-UK4 31 Posted August 10, 2012 (edited) yeah, in your server cfg, where you define your mission, ensure that's set to "Veteran"Then in the users/cfgdayz/cfgdayz.cfg make sure the veteran section is defined and your required values are set. Loque 13 Posted August 12, 2012 Hey dude, I am doing exactly the same thing at the moment - setting up a new server with multiplay and I believe the "dayz.ArmA2OAProfile" is the file we want to edit. I want to have veteran mode with 3rd person on... I'll try and remember to post here if I find anything new to report.
Loque 13 Posted August 14, 2012 (edited) I can confirm that for our host the configuration file to change is this one: dayz.ArmA2OAProfileYou can add the parameter WeaponCursor=0; (0 = false, 1= true) to this file. Edited August 23, 2012 by Loque
