Host Altitude - Server vanished from Control Panel.

Hello HA admins, I just wanted to point out that my server was listed in the control panel after you activated it and now it has vanished. I submitted a ticket and made several responses and such and I have no clue what's going on. I just want my server to be up and running so I have a stable place to play.

Thank you, and I hope this can be resolved, I have already paid for the server and what not, If you could push back my bill date to when the server ACTUALLY starts running that would be great.

And now it's back but says error in status again =/

My Hostaltitude server was up to, and now also in Error for the last 2 hours.

I did an update of some battleye thingie. And been in Error mode since. No starting/stopping it right now.

Yeah the same goes for me, this has been happening since I signed up. I haven't even been able to use my server yet and I signed up like at 1:30am on tuesday.

I've been on servers these guys host and they are quality and such, but the waiting is killing me. Going to work 8 hours in hopes I'll be on my server after work for 4 days isn't exactly fulfilling.

Yep same here, though I closed an older one and opened a new one since I didn't have any replies on the old one. Granted I sent like a crap ton of spam, unfortunately. I know they're under staffed but I just want to have my server running, like everyone else. Is yours Dallas based?

Ive been checking the files, and it seems the exe files are just gone. The ones needed to launch it.

edit: Yup, the exes are gone from my file listing. Uploading them myself is not allowed, i can understand that, its for safety purposes. But its kinda of annoying when im trying to fix this issue haha.

I have no idea what to look for on my side, all I know is I can't start the server.

Oh and I don't see the EXE files in my directories either.

They must not check the ticket's very often or something, I think I remember reading they only work on stuff from like GMT+1-3.

After waiting a week after purchase, my server is running fine. No error for me atm in control panel. HA is probably the slowest host when it comes to answering tickets and getting things done but they do fix these things so patience is key. I know it's hard because I nearly gave up.

They fixed mine, it was running just now. Thank you HostAltitude. But now its very unstable. I guess it has to do with 1.7.2.5 and all.

edit: Running normally now!
