A new way to kill zombies

We have all been it the situation were we are being chased by zombies with no weapons or ammo. Or maybe your trying to be sneaky. Heres an idea, maybe there should be away to attack zombies without a weapon, such as with your fists. It would not do alot of damage but you could kill a zombie or two with it. I don't know if Arma II has this capabiltiy but maybe in the stand alone game.

You can run away from Zeds down the big hill (where you can't run up the hill, just only walk) and they will fall down and die. I use this things when I'm ran out of ammo or just don't want to shoot.
