Ermac (DayZ) 0 Posted August 9, 2012 I don't seem to hear the heartbeat sound, when ever I look at someone I never hear a heartbeat. I was with 3 friends and they said they could hear it on me and on 2 of my other friends but I have nothing... just complete silence... Anyone else have the same issue?? Delta Smoke 01 765 Posted August 9, 2012 For the heartbeat sound to be audible, you must have murdered more than 3 players without giving anyone any blood packs.
