I have no heartbeat sounds...

I don't seem to hear the heartbeat sound, when ever I look at someone I never hear a heartbeat. I was with 3 friends and they said they could hear it on me and on 2 of my other friends but I have nothing... just complete silence... Anyone else have the same issue??

For the heartbeat sound to be audible, you must have murdered more than 3 players without giving anyone any blood packs. Common reason for you not hearing it would be that your friends are not murderers, or have not murdered enough.
