OK I have now over 60 hours total in just researching! over a week almost, just been looking after a fix for Arma2 OA Error's.

I Have re-installed the game about 5 times, I have runned steam as administrator. i have this and i have that. I can sure you that i have read every single post and tried every single thing about it, still no fix.

I deleted the game folders and everything

Try to reboot your computer after the installation run of arma and oa.

(between both installations and runs)

some shit in the installations needs it (friend had same problems)
