US 1821 Locked after everyone was kicked ?

Server Administrator('s): Dont know who the admin is but the 3 players on are Marcarco, Hunter and Tarathor

What happened: Me and my group were flying around electro in our heli when one of our members decided to eject in mid air and died so I decided to land the heli over on skeli island to wait for him to get a decent respawn to pick him up. After a few minutes of waiting we all got the "Message not recieved" and waited for the server to finish its restart (from what we assumed). So today I checked to see if the server was up low and behold the server still isnt up and when I decided to connect to the IP directly I find out that the server is currently locked. I'm not sure if the heli was the admin's property at all (we raided a base that we found on the nw airfield tents everywhere and a heli parked right next to it)
