Spawned unconscious, bleeding, with broken bones and couldn't do anything

Is this some sort of hack? I died, respawned, and was looking up at the sky as birds were flying. I was unable to move, I had the broken bone status symbol, I was unconscious and bleeding.

The timer was not moving and I had to sit there for 10 minutes while I bled out and eventually died. Respawned and was able to run around as normal.

Also to note on the same server someone was firing an AK for about 20 minutes. I would hear him fire 10-15 rounds, reload, then another 10-15 rounds. Over and over and over. I was crawling around on a hill at elektro trying to find the source of the shots but couldn't. Then my screen went grey and I flew up in the air dead and landed in the forest far away from the town. Same guy hacking?

Seems to be a new hack, your the third person to mention it in the last few hours.
