the silenced mp5 is great if you can aim.

then again, aiming is OP.

Considering the MP5SD actually holds that small value of silenced automatic, but the standard MP5 is complete rubbish.

the gun has very low damage, even with good aim its damn hard to kill someone.

you always can check my sig, if u no like low damage weapons.

I have to agree with Frozen. I have used the MP5 in the past, and it is very very low damage. Also, if you look at the video in an analytical fashion, you will see plenty of blood spurts coming from the upper chest region. The gun simply does not do that much damage. It's still a fun gun though :)
