us 1997 full server item spawn

My friends and were playing on this server and all of a sudden all of our equipment was swapped to as50 tws mags for it and all tools and a coyote backpack. We than heard as50 shots everywhere. My question is, would keeping these items get us banned? or say if none of this happened and we killed a player who had a as50 tws on him, would we be banned for taking it?

Can't get banned for "having" a hacked weapon, just for actually scripting it/them in. But, I still think it's lame if you keep it. Also, keep in mind, a server admin may or may not ban you if he sees you spawning in with it.

I would just loose it.
