Hacker on US 1697

I was on top of the firehouse in cherno when I heard someone coming up the ladder. I turn and shoot him with the fn-fal about 8 times and all were hits. He did not die, then he ran right in front of me and shot me several times with his hacked weapon. I managed to hit f 9 and started recording a bit of it when i realized he wasn't going to die. This happened right around 12:30 AM eastern us time give or take a few mins.

His username is Hawkins, kind of hard to tell in the vid
