Tents missing

i put tents on three different servers. the first server went down for 2 days, once it became available agian my tents are gone. the next server went down for a day and now my tents are gone there too. now the third server i was playing earlier, it never went down but now i get an error message

No entry"bin\config.bin/CfgWeapons/SCAR_H_STD_EGLM_Spect.EGLMMuzzle'

and now i cant play on it....

what the hell is going on?

I THINK that error message means that some dudes are spawning weapon crates with the SCAR in, but since the SCAR is blacklisted, everyone gets that error message. As for the tents disappearing, I don't know. I think they're glitchy. One time our whole camp + vehicles had disappeared after a server restart, and when we restarted again they were back.
