V3S Going right forever...?

I bumped my V3S into a tree, and the engine/wheel icon went orange. None of the tires look bad, and now my V3 is going to the right as if there's a giant stake in the back of my car, and it's holding the back side of it motionless while the front rotates around said "stake" if I hold down W. If I hold down S it goes to the left, around the stake.

I have fixed every single tire on the V3S and the "wheel" icon is still orange, and I'm still going to the right. I've tried logging in and out, nothing.

So I managed to fix it by shooting the left front tire, which made the right-front tire completely disappear. Then I repaired the right-front tire, and it worked perfectly fine. This makes no sense.

Sounds like the wheels got glitched, it happens with certain vehicle spawns. I know the green/red car at Stary was/is notorious for its parts not being repairable until you drove it away and the server reset. Welcome to the DayZ alpha.
