Banned form 939 - For Supposedly: Shenanigans

I've been using the Server US939 recently since it has very fast load times for me. A friend and myself come across a hacked crate which at the time we did not know was a thing (new to the game). In it was C4 along with other items (as50, m24, etc). We took the satchel charges into elektro planning to have some fun, we planted some at the top of the firehouse and planned to set one off when someone came to the top (Yup we're douchebags); I get sniped before we get the chance, my friend loots my corpse and takes the extra c4 and begins to go around elektro blowing up the school, supermarket and church.

I get banned?

Don't know if I got banned because I had found hacked items or for shenanigans (which I didn't do) since the server prohibits "idiotic actions".

Either way the server isn't allowed to kick or ban for either reason. It's against the agreement we agreed to with out server hosts and that the host providers agreed to with DayZ.
