HFB Customers - Atlanta, Chicago & Seattle Load Balancing

This thread is not for bashing, support or general griping of HFB. This is only to answer questions pertaining to this load balancing.

All HFB customers who are located in the Atlanta, Chicago and Seattle data centers. We are currently load balancing the servers located to allow even better performance. If your server shows UNKNOWN, Suspended or Error, this is why. You may still put in a support ticket to have it double checked.

Also on another note, the MOTD intervals not saving has been fixed and should be updating to what is set.

Again, there will be no bashing, griping or support given in this thread. Its only purpose is to give general info and an update to current customers.
