Me and my friend are trying to use a blood bag, how do we use it?

Have it in your inventory

Look at your buddy and use the scroll wheel

Select "Give transfusion"

You can only give blood bags to other players to fully replenish their blood leve, you can't use it on yourself

Use the scroll wheel on your friend and the option should pop up.

They are more like.. transfusion kits.
