rgo is in the game its not hacked ive only seen them spawn in the UAZ military jeep though

if any one is curious the uaz spawns 10 of them in it, also they are more powerful then the m67 frag grenade.

i highly doubt you will find a hacked item on the ground usually on a body also you cant get banned for picking up or finding a hacked weapon, as long as you didnt hack it in youre fine.

if you get a frag with them post the video :o nothing like a good grenade kill
