Strange death I can't figure out

So I was walking through Cherno a little bit ago, when suddenly the screen flashed super white, I was suddenly in shock, and it was making the sound like a flashbang went off or something(loud buzzing noise) then a few seconds later, I drop like half a foot or something, and the same thing happens again, except this time I insta die. Really sucks ass too because I JUST picked up an M4. What the heck weapon does that?

This is the only time where it is acceptable to, if you have quick enough reflexes, hit Alt+f4 to get out before your status is saved.

It is not cheating to use this to escape hackers. Any other time, it is just a real douchy move...
