US114 Kansas - Ban Appeal

You are permitted to kick or ban for ongoing severe hacking that is affecting players in a server-disruptive way.

I consider spawning in weapons, vehicles, and choppers to kill people server disruptive.

Wow, It was VANDELAY who was spawning the helicopters. Post your evidence or enjoy having your server Blacklisted. We never spawned a damn thing, nor used a hacked weapon. And I think server disruptive would be KILLING MORE THAN A SINGLE PERSON with said hacked equipment, or making it so nobody could play. Did we do any of this? Nope.

I'm Matthew ingame, and this is server is where I hang my hatchet. Kinda surprised to see an admin kerfufle happening. It seemed amiable enough when I was on, I even gave out a few free chopper rides with no incidents, which is fucking unheard of.

I honestly hope neither of these allegations is true, because nothing ruins a server faster than hackers and/or butthurt admins.

I have been playing on this server for a while now and haven't had any issues thus far other than the hacker incidents.It is frustrating how everyone goes straight bandit all the time but its all part of the game. All I know is that the ping times are consistently good and the up time is fantastic as I have seen, usually near full capacity and this is the first I have heard anyone cry abuse. Just throwing my 2 cents in.

I've been playing on this server since ive started and the only issue I've ever came across is hacker related instances. Every time someone is suspected hacking I have always seen the admins get involved with everyone in the server to make a legit reason. I was on last night and you guys killed way more than just that one person. Funny how you guys seem to have been going a long the coast as fast as you guys were killing multiple people and some of the same people more than once.

We killed one guy, we had two vehicles. Look up on the DayZ wiki the speed for UAZ and pickups. Its quite fast.

Nobody complained about us hacking last night, I don't see how us driving a long the coast and killing a person leads everyone to believe we are hacking.

Edit: yes we did kill other people last night but that was within a 9-10 hour period.

Sorry1337 is talking about what happened today. If you're referring to last night, we killed 6 people, and that was over a period of about 9 - 10 hours. Killed Vandelay after he teleported behind me, killed Bigfoot for his UAZ, broke TonyP's legs and put him down like Ol' Yellar, killed JD and Endoshez for their Boat, and shot down Jake running near the coast. That's just off of memory, but I'm pretty positive we never killed anyone more than once, atleast not within seconds, maybe 10 or 15 minutes after we spotted them while we were in the vehicles. But this all doesn't matter anymore, we're not hackers/cheaters/scripters, so either post some REAL EVIDENCE saying otherwise or have your server Blacklisted. It's really as simple as that. Or... You can simply unban us and let us continue to play on your server without any problems.

Hi, I'm the admin for US114. These people were banned for spawning in items into the game, such as weapons and working choppers. While their friend was raging at us for banning his friends he "admitted" that they got their illegal weapons from a "dead hackers body". This usually being a cover up story for spawning in items. This was not a decision made by tonyp but by me and I've not been killed by these people. I'm a fair admin and all I'm trying to do is keep the rampant hacking at a minimum.

I was running from the airfield was when i got the ban. I was the person that got the hackers gun, but the gun was a gun that was allowed in the DAYZ GAME! I had no clue he was a hacker until he teled everybody and then got banned! So next time admin include all of the information about the people you ban. Some people i didn't even know vouched for me and said they had come across me a few times and had not seen me hacking.

P.S. I would not like to see Vaal get punished in any way as he seems a good and fair admin in the server, but TonyP is an issue. I don't know how good or bad the third admin is because i have yet to come into contact with him.

Please take an even closer look at those logs and find me some evidence that I (Frijoles Bandito) and my friend Vilapickle had been hacking. Otherwise I would appreciate an Unban from your server. I assure you I would not be here for hours fighting to be unbanned for a server I hacked on and hacked for everything I had. The only reason I'm fighting is because I do not wish to lose all my time I've spent gathering all the vehicles I have. Like I said before I do not wish for this to become a flame war, at this point I would just like some evidence or an apology for the false banning and to be unbanned.

Ok, we are clearly not hacking, scripting, or cheating. If we were, why in the hell would we stay on this forum for hours on end trying to get unbanned, just to go get banned again?!?! If we were hacking, we'd just go to another server. Vaal and Aspideronfire are the only decent admins you guys have, hopefully they can get you other admins here to see straight.

AlexUrban3p, Since we have posted Ban Appeals he either has to post the evidence he has (for now he's just saying it was on a "gut-feeling" and a vote without evidence) or unban us. If he doesn't, we can get his server Blacklisted for not following the Server Hosting rules.

EDIT: Oh yeah, they can't post any evidence, because THEY HAVE NONE. It's either an unbanning or the Blacklist for US114 Kansas.
