What is the current situation on tents/helicopters?

Hey,

I've been playing for a few months now, and I do read the patch notes but I'd still love it if someone could confirm/deny what is going on with these two things.

Helicopters. We know they are back and we all know where they spawn. I've repaired and flown 3 of them but no matter how I fix it up or where I save it, every server restart makes it vanish. Is there a fix for this, do I have a bad patch or does my server suck?

Tents. Currently they appear to be infinite. You can't destroy them and if you place a tent then pack it up, a restart brings back the old tent plus the same tent placed in a different location.
