So earlier today, my friend was coming from cherno to electro to meet up with me and on the way he found a box labeled, "US Basic Weapons", he went inside it and there was 50 of each weapon in the game, 50 of each kind of certain ammo and 50 of each tools and stuff. I was just wondering what this box is, is it legit?

No its not legit, but you can't get in trouble for using anything you took from it.
