Some loot item is very glitchy

Hi there,

Some loot item, I guess it's a wire fencing kit, not sure though, is causing my screen to become very glitchy when I look in the direction of it, even from very far away.

don't think it has to do with the barbed wire lol

sometimes I'll get that bug every 5 minutes. Turning vsync on and off fixes it, but only temporarily.
