Knocked out, not bleeding, what do I do?

Well A hacker spawned everyone to some area and my legs got broken, and I quit the game. I rejoined a server and I was bleeding and knocked out for a long time. The server kicked me out, and I rejoined it and now I'm not bleeding, but I am still knocked out for a long time. Any help please? :(

put it in windowed mode...watch cats on youtube, and wait...hope to god somebody doesn't walk by you, and ends it.
