Login Starvation Grace Period

I'm fine with food/water levels degrading while logged off but there should be a 20 second or so grace period on login to eat/drink before your health starts ticking down.

As it stands by the time my screen has loaded my health is already ticking down. It seems wrong as it's not as if you would starve to death in your sleep (or whatever the justification for hunger/thirst while logged out is).

I suggest a 15-20 second grace period on logging in to enable you to open your gear and eat the food/drink you prepared before logging out.
