How to play music over my mic on direct chat?

me and my mates thought it would be cool to have some travel music going while driving around in DayZ, however, putting your mic up to your speakers isn't the best quality.

Any easier way to do this?

I've seen videos of people playing like scary sound files through the mic to people, so I would assume I could do the same with music.
