This is the first time I'm thankful to a hacker, I was on a US server (forgot which one) with a broken leg crawling away from about 10 -15 zombies, seconds from death when I hear gunshots coming from about 5 people dressed as clowns, and right infront of me all the zombies just fall to the ground. I hear some voices asking me if I was alright and the next thing I know I'm up walking fine full blood and brand new gear and a Helicopter. This is the first time I will thank a hacker for helping me.

A bunch of clowns killed zombies that were chasing you while you were crawling with a broken leg....then they healed you, gave you gear and a huey?

Don't use hacked items. You can get banned ;)

you cant get banned for using hacked items, only spawning them :P

Well good thing I just died in cherno US 1522 in the industrial area right next to the apartments, damn rolling, rolled under a guard rail and fell about 4 stories.

Globally banned yes, but a lot of server admins will ban you on sight if you have any hacked item.
