Hackers on US89 TX

A friend of mine was just on that server and was teleported into the ocean. (No he did not pick up any clothing items and try to use them. He killed a player and soon after was teleported.) Thats all fine and dandy, but when he goes to kill himself with the respawn button.. It's grayed out.

What now?
