i5 - 2500k @ 3.3Ghz

AMD Radeon 6870 1GB

8GB RAM DDR3

Visibility - 2000

Resolution 1920 x 1080

3D 1920 x 1080

Texture detail: Very High

Video memory: Default

Anisotropic filtering: Disabled

Antialiasing: Disabled

ATOC: Disabled

Terrain Detail: Very High

Object Detail: Very High

Shadow Detail: Very High

HDR Quality: Normal

PPAA: Disabled

Postprocess effects: Very Low

Vsync: Disabled

getting ~30 fps

First, turn down or off shadows...who has the biggest impact on the fps.

Then also turn off Postprocess effects...

Turn Postprocess to OFF.

and Disable Ambient Occulsion on your graphics card settings out of game

that should be all you need to do. I've got mostly the same set up apart from gfx card (560ti) and I get a solid 60 Fps with better settings than you

Texture = High

Video memory = very high

Ansitropic Filtering = normal

AA = Disabled.

Arrowhead trees+grass.

Terrain - normal

objects - normal

Shadows - high

PPAA = FXAA SHARP

Post Process off.

that's it

I tried your settings and now I got 23 fps... I don't know how to disable Ambiet Occulsion wtih the Catalyst Control Center
