New server (This server is running an incorrect version...)

So i got server from dayzhosting.com and today it got activated. But everytime i join my server i get this error "This server is running an incorrect version of the server side application. You cannot play on this server. If you are the server Admin please contact DayZ staff."

Any thoughts what is wrong and/or what i can do to fix this?

I'm having the same issue. From your server name, I assume you have Host Altitude?

Yep, everything seems updated, is there a way to check if BattleEye is running?

Not sure since I just got my server last night and it has been doing this since. I think it's the newer customers that are having this issue. I went on other HA servers just fine to test it.

This is most likely has to be with "ID" or "whitelist" or something, i dont even know how to check if my server is whitelisted or not. Are you using HostAt as well?

Yes I am. I was thinking the same thing. I sent in a ticket last night so i'll see what they say.

I am having the same problems through them.

I dont know why but now it's working, give it a day and it should work.

Awesome! Just took a peek in your server and it runs smoothly. Mine still doesn't work even though support told me it should now. Have sent them another ticket like they told me to if it didn't work.

Friend had the same problem, turns out his server IP wasn't whitelisted despite two emails confirming otherwise.
