I have spawned in debug plains with no gear and I have full green stats. Is there any way i can kill myself or find which direction to run?

Get eaten by zeds..

There are no zeds or buildings in debug plains der der der der

And he has no compass or map to find his way to civilization.

There was supposed to be a patch that if you spawned there you would be spawned on the ocean on next server rejoin...
