Running On Low

Ive actually been playing dayz for a while, but i can only ever get it to run on low. Is this common for most computers? I have an i7 and a radeon 6600mHD graphics card, is this pretty stock standard?

some extra info, not sure if it helps: intel core i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00 GHz (8CPUs)

I'd ask if you've followed all the tweak guides here on the forums, but also say that: it might not get any better. Your graphics card is a pretty low-end model and may not be up to task.
