Flashlight Does Not Work

Recommended Posts

I've been on many servers and have had both types of flashlights, but have yet to have either work. I pretty much can't play at night as a result which is annoying. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

It's a issue with the game, they way I fixed it is doing like several different things like crouching and turning it on, looking up at the sky, putting it down, etc etc.

Or do what said below if you haven't yet, but I just have a little glitch everytime I try and use it :3

Right click the flashlight and select 'Remove from toolbelt', ensure the second hand slot is empty first.

Scroll mouse after exiting your gear to select it, then press L to turn it on.

Play at night with your gamma turned right up, sorted ! and yer you have to either drop your pistol or put it in your bag, to free up the sidearm slot. Then right click flashlight, remove from toolbelt, then press L to turn on and off. But yer I just turn up the gamma, so your basically just playing in black and white

I didn't say I don't know how it works, just that it does not work at all.
