Tent and contents missing

I'm not sure if anything can be done about this, but wanted to get some feedback anyways.

After hours of searching for a suitable spot, I finally managed to get my first tent set up on the Chicago 3 server yesterday. I jump in game today to find the tent and all it's contents gone (I d/c'ed within 20M of the tent so did'nt just lose the location). And yes, I clicked 'Save old camping tent".

Is this a regular problem with tents? Is there any way to get the contents back?
