Skalka? What is it?

Hi i have been watching several map of chernarus,and i found a marked location on them called Skalka. What is this place called skalka has anyone been there yet its up in the north west corner of the map http://www.maplib.net/map.php?id=14306 (link to map i saw it on)

It's a couple buildings and a small lumber yard you can't get in and further up is a barn that likes to spawn firewood. There is a cow near the barn that won't let you close until you answer three riddles about why there is a cow in eastern europe pitching you riddles.

Skalka is another place where killer rocks dominate the landscape. All the lumber, barn and all that stuff is safely on the bottom though.

There is no castle, just killer rocks on the top. :'(
