Interesting Script o.o

Not really reporting anyone, just trying to figure out what I can do about this or someone to explain this.

So I was going through one of my server's script logs and found this, and this goes on for a while. Not sure how to find out who is doing it and what exactly it does except make people say "I alt f4 like a *************". o.o

It also kills you. See setdamage 1
