the bandit crew i'm in came across a camp that had a power generator. we took it back to our camp but have no idea what it's used for. is it a hacked item?

Yes, report the hackers in the cheat reporting section and don't use hacked items, if you are caught with them you could get banned.

And how can he report the hacker, if he FOUND THE GENERATOR but not the hacker.
