Is any kind soul out there willing to use a blood bag on me?

So I'm on my first great run, and without giving away too many details I am (was) happy with the way things were going.. Until I agro'd a zombie and he hit me, making me bleed. Not having found any bandages, I bled and bled. Now I'm down to 1000 blood without any hunting supplies or food. Would anyone be willing to come to where I am and help a fellow player out? Good karma? I can give some stuff to you in return. I know I'm taking a huge risk in someone just coming by to kill me, but what the hey.

All I can say is be careful who to trust about getting transfusions from. I was at 4000 blood and heard shots so I was running and ran into two people. They didn't shoot me on site and we ran into a barn in some town. I offered my cz in return for a transfusion. I dropped the blood bag for them to use and guess what happened? I was murdered in cold blood! I am not a bandit and it makes you think twice about asking who is friendly near by to assist you.
