Li1 GH0ST 7 Posted August 7, 2012 the other day i was playin dayz and everytime i shot an animal i never got my bolts back and i was having a hard time finding some more, so i thought to myself what if you had a pile of wood and maybe a knife you would be able to carve 1-2 wooden arrows that would get destroyed after 1-3 uses or something like that.Just throwing an idea out there Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Not sure about animals.And , hmm , like just from a tree would be a bit too easy, maybe combine them with like tin cans (For the sharp top of the arrow).But who uses the crossbow anyway? Afgoo 114 Posted August 8, 2012 I definitely agree that the crossbow needs some type of improvement. It could be a very fun/ useful weapon but for right now I have trouble finding my bolts (if they're even there) & picking them up.The idea of wood & tin cans is a great one.It could give a use to those pesky empty tin cans/ liquor bottles that we so commonly overlook except for zombie distraction.
