Am I Banned?

I have been attempting to log in for 90 minutes now. I Enter a server I get the waiting for server response and nothing happens after a while it looks like it resets goes back to the getting character ID and then back to server response. I have tried multiple servers and I don't have ADHD I wait a good 15 - 20 minutes on the server and I"m still looking at a black screen.

Edit: I haven't been doing anything to warrant it as well. I'm usually getting pwned on a regular basis.

Any suggestions?
