charlietomato 3 Posted August 7, 2012 (edited) It would best fit the mood and feel of DayZ if there were just normal civilian models up for grabs. These would be nice outfits you could find, but I feel like it takes away from the survive against the odds all alone in a big world kind of thing if you're a big military guy all geared up looking like you're ready to kill hoards and hoards of zombies.Aesthetics matter a whole lot in this game, primarily for atmosphere. BL1P 252 Posted August 7, 2012 (edited) Yes true m8 but those I showed would be skins you are allowed to find once you reach a certain amount of Humanity or Murders. Some would also be random find skins.... maybe but still keep the original Survivor skins for fresh starters.Well that's how i would see them being used.was just something to do as I wait for DayZ to get fixed :) and it allowed me to refresh some stuff I did in tutorials Edited August 7, 2012 by BL1P

BL1P 252 Posted August 8, 2012 (edited) the post apocalypse types look like they'd fit (so to speak)Yer they look great.I was thinking it would a cool Idea if the skins you find reflect your Humanity.Example.if you have very very low humanity(>-5000) and >10 murders you would find the first set of skins as loot shown in the vid (stalker units)if you have High humanity (>+5000) and <10 murders you find the second set of skins as loot (post apoc )If you have Medium humanity and >10 bandit kills but <10 nurders you find the face mask skins as loot (black ops)Some skins can be used as generic skins anyone can find.I just threw in some random numbers really It was just to show how the skins could be placed in loot depending on your Humanity and kill typesYou do not need to take skins so if you wanted to remain an Evil Bandit in disguise you just use generic loot skins or remain in your original bandit skin.
