M9 SD or M1911?

I have an M9 SD with no ammo and found an M1911 with 1 magazine. Should I keep the SD and hope to find ammo or take the M1911

SD ammo is rare, so you'd be better off with the M1911, I guess. If you've got room bring it with you and loot some deer stands.

Put one in your backpack. They take up 5 slots. also DONT DROP THE M9sd. Its (IMO) the best side arm in the game. Nearly silent, 4 hit kill (like any other side arm) ammo is kinda hard to find but head shot are 1 hit kills so 15 kill per mag if your good. The 1911 is also a 4 hit kill with a 7 round mag so that blows. I would always recommend the M9sd over any other side arm... except perhaps the PDW because it can use nearly any ammo and has OK irons...

You can only equip one 1 obv but they take up 5 slots in your Backpack. The 1911 shares the revolver ammo so it is very common though a silenced pistol is very helpful in cities

head shot zombies that get too close and youll never aggro

the m1911 is shit until it gets fixed to one hit kill again

You could if you have the room in your bag.

If you come across any SD ammo you could always just use the SD for when you have zombie problems and don't want to alert any nearby players.

The M1911 is a good pistol. Fast and powerful. Ammo is easy to find and you can convert revolver rounds to M1911 mags.

It's your call.

SD is superior, but ammo is rare. And unless you don't mind ammo exploits, it'll be gone before long. So the M1911 might be a better choice, despite the nerf.

As others have said - take the m9sd if you have room. Ammo is rare in the spawn locations, but not too hard to find in people's tents... B)

Ammo is not that rare for the m9sd. You can find it all over the place. I would say it spawns a little less frequently than the DMR ammunition. Check soldier zombie bodies as they sometimes have good ammunition.

I would keep the M9SD, it's me second choice after the G17, the silencer makes it very valuable.

M9SD is the better gun of course, but ammo is very very rare compared to M1911 ammo. You have to visit A LOT of deer stands or get lucky finding someones tent to have enough ammo. M9SD mags are 15 rounds though, compared to 7 rounds per M1911 mags. Keep the M9SD if possible, you may not come across another in a long time. M1911s are everywhere. And when you find ammo use it sparingly, headshots only from very close range.
