No vehicles spawning

We have had our server over 2 weeks now and the only thing to spawn is a bike!!!

WTF are our vehicles and why arent they spawning?

I have read posts of new servers getting set up and all the vehicles are at their spawn points.

You mean to tell me that i am paying 50 per month for a server that will not spawn vehicles?

Should i shut down my server until they are spawning?

How can they in good conscience keep allowing people to buy new servers when they are not even spawning vehicles.

I get that its an alpha but all the other servers have vehicles, seems pretty crappy that mine gets screwed.
