I've sniped probably 10-15 people in the town now since I've started playing. A lot of people stop there right before the airfield as said, and I'll be on the mountain to the west and I can overlook both the supermarket and office, as well as one or two of the brick residential doorways. A lot of people assume it's a safehaven with good loot to be had, clothing, pistols, food, water, tents, backpacks, low tier weapons, etc. Then they find out it's not when they hear the ZIPPPPPP CRACK sound and are staring at the scoreboard going WTF? ;) People don't think they need to scout the perimeter of a place like Vybor before going straight in, so it sets a lot of people up to be engaged from long range where they haven't even thought to look.
