Hackers on my Server

Hey guys i really dont know how to react to this situation.

I own my own server ( US #392 ), and i've recently encountered hackers running round at extremely high speeds killing our players on the server.

The Server rules clearly state im not allowed to kick, however can there be an exception here?

Should i possibly should the server down temporarily?

what do you guys think?

You can ban them. As long as you have the precious evidence that the DayZ Admins (not server admins) require.

We also have our own server and yes, i would.

If not for morals, then for the hard work other people who play in your server have put into their game only to be killed unfairly.
