Low Character Textures

I have Arma 2 CO (retail) and in the main game the textures on characters are looking fine but on dayz they are low quality and these are only occuring on character models.

Anyone got an idea what might be the problem.

My system

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

i5 2500k

8bg ram

EVGA Geforce gtx 460

You need Arma 2 Private Military Company to get High res player skins in Dayz as it uses the PMC skins for survivors

DayZ uses the character models from the Arma 2: Private Military Company DLC. So in order to have the full textured models you have to get the DLC.
