Flush help

So I'm stuck playing on a laptop (which is actually pretty damn good) but I don't have a numpad. I wasn't really having any problems with the graphical artifacts until yesterday. Any way I can flush without having the numpad - sign?

I'm not all too sure, flushing makes it worse for me however, best bet is to either restart the game or you can try turning Vsync off/on and then switch it on/off again. Works for me sometimes.

Yeah flushing and every other video option 'change the setting to this/change it to that' suggestion has done absolutely sweet fa for my graphic glitch issue with this present patch.
