Stuck in Airfield bleeding with no bandage! Please help!

Hey guys. So after alt tabbing while I thought i was safe, I ended up getting down to 800 blood and stlil bleading with no bandages. I am in the southmost hangar in the northern military base. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me, thanks.

U should always keep bandages on you, I always have 2 in my main slots and 3 in my bag, Always !

I know! I had 3 when i went up north and I ended up using all of them without finding any more :(

I am also at the NW airfield. I am in the barracks just SW of it and am at 272 but not bleeding out. I don't ahve a blood bag unfortunately but I need a transfusion if I plan on leaving. I do have bandages if you need fixed ups till
