Different loot spawns`

I've been playing for months and I am getting bored of always having the same weapons. If I go to a high yield military place does it give me a better chance for having a better chance or does it not matter whether your at a high or low yield.

hmm you have a higher chance at higher yield to gain ANYTHING. But there wont spawn different stuff. Only diffenrence is when you get yourself to barracks there drop different stuff than in normal military areas

"Higher" yield simply means the amount of loot spawns available for that building type. All residential areas spawn the same residential gear, all industrial spawn the same industrial gear, etc. The only exceptions are Stores, Hospitals, crash sites, and the Military Barracks.
