Anyone have a mostly complete list of items in the game?

Does anyone have a list of all the current items in DayZ? Preferably with a little description of what each does? For example (some of these descriptions could be wrong, I'm not completely familiar with the game yet):

*Bandages: Used to patch yourself or others up when bleeding.

*Alice backpack: Has space for 20 items

*CZ550: A good hunting rifle with a scope, fairly loud but very accurate. # rounds in clip. (I don't remember off the top of my head)

I was watching a youtube video of the game (after I'd been playing for a couple days) and I saw a guy with a silenced M4, I didn't even know those were in the game! I imagine a list like this would be helpful for newbies and veterans alike. If this does ever get completed, would the mods mind making a post with said list in the pinned section?
